Start with a brand new good-morning. To your husband or your wife. To your kids. To those you work with - and don't work with. What's the harm? How difficult is it? And it isn't, and you know it. So do it.

About This Quote

When I was asked to write an article about 'How to start your day with a positive attitude', I was surprised that it has become such a popular topic. I was also surprised that the question had been asked by so many people who never knew one another and who lived thousands of miles away from one another. They were asking for my advice on how to make an impact on the world and make a difference in someone's life. They were asking me to help them change and improve their lives and to inspire and encourage them again and again.

As I thought about what might be the best way to answer this, I remembered what Winston Churchill said: "You can't win an argument with somebody who doesn't want the result." If we want to bring positivity into our lives, we first need to determine what kind of positivity we want. Do we want positivity that makes us feel good or positivity that makes us feel better? Is there any difference? If there is no difference, why don't we try both, right? Isn't it better to look for something that will make us happy than looking for something that will make us feel good? Let's take an example: when people are in the sun, they feel warmer because it increases their body temperature. It makes them feel better because they don't feel cold anymore.

However, if they were in the sun for too long, they will get burnt because they will start losing heat faster than they can produce it. That is how you end up in a situation where you are neither cold nor warm - neither good nor bad. So, when you decide what kind of positivity you want, you can choose between two things: looking for something that makes you feel happier than anything else or looking for something that gives you more energy than anything else. Each of these options has its pros and cons so it might be better not to choose either of these two options but instead choose both of them at the same time just like Churchill did.

Why bother looking for something only within one particular area when you could look for both happiness and energy at the same time? You could just try everything at once - happiness and energy - but you are not limited to doing this. You can look for more than one thing at the same time - happiness AND energy AND positivity AND love AND trust AND loyalty AND respect AND giving AND caring AND forgiveness AND perseverance AND patience - every day! And every day is different! And furthermore,
